This was the trip of a lifetime for us. The scenery, the challenges and, most importantly, the people (and animals) we met and shared the adventure with.
Reg recounts his journey through the highs and lows of the Sierra Nevada Mountains. The trek begins in California’s Horseshoe Meadow, heading northward, with the goal of reaching Happy Isles in Yosemite National Park.
Stay tuned and follow along…we’ll let you know as soon as Hoofin’ It publishes.

In 2021 we spent 30 days hiking California’s John Muir Trail.

Wonderful – congratulations and Happy New Year to both of you… keep walking – we admire you – both of you very much… such energy and dedication… you have walked such a fantastic trail in life, since we met on the Camino de Santiago many years ago…

    1. Thank you James and Gitta! Happy new Year to you both too! This book has been a labor of love for Reg. We hope to have final edits done this week.
Have you settled in up near Gitta’s family cabin? I can’t remember the name of the area, but looked it up and I see Rørvig is on the north coast. Such memories we have of our visit.
Wonderful to hear from you. Take care, Sue and Reg 💕

Truly the range of light. I can’t wait to read this. All paths lead to the same glory and however you do the JMT it is a wonder. Kudos to you both. Happy trails
