With Mount Thielsen in the rear view mirror, we began a hop, skip and jump series of one-night-stands as we traveled farther north, closer to the spot where the real fun begins.
We hit the jackpot in Roundup, Montana at Cowbelles County Park. An uncrowded free-for-all sort of a setup where we tried out several “sites” before finding a level spot that allowed us to remain hitched up overnight. Reg dropped $20.00 in the donation box, as payment.

Tuesday we will enter North Dakota, a new state for us and home to Theodore Roosevelt National Park. We’ve heard it is not to be missed, so we have planned accordingly with a three-night stay in nearby Sully Creek State Park, giving us two full days to explore. This is where the real fun begins.
