Perpendicular parking

We do not have a car in Rome and are mostly walking, since our apartment is in a great location. Driving here seems much safer than what we saw in major Chinese cities, but similar to European cities like London and Paris. Many of Rome's streets leave barely enough room for a Smart car negotiating around sidewalk cafes, pedestrians, vendors, parked cars and musicians. As for parking…

    would be good to either have a convertible or a car with a big sunroof that opens from the key!
